Property blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
Additional images disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
